A bagful of yarns for only $5 at a secondhand shop. What a bargain! An expat who left town recently donated 12 balls of yarn at this secondhand shop run by a local NGO and I grabbed it right away. Woohoo!

My mom would appreciate that yarn bargain. She knits caps for chemo patients and afghans for preemies so she's always on the lookout for yarn at a bargain price.

would love to buy yarn too and learn how to knit. and did you know I love second hand store also? I am a garage sale addict and love to visit thrift stores here in my city.

Annalyn, I also love thrift stores and going to garage sales. One man's "waste" is another's treasure. We should be neighbours! I am not really keen on knitting so I guess I'm stuck at crocheting. My old, stubborn mind refuses to learn new things such as knitting! *lol* I'll add you in my blog links, if you won't mind :)

Well, I am the type of person that wants to learn everything crafty but I don't know where to start, at least I learned the basic beading lol! but knitting some garments would be awesome too or I guess crochet?
